[Resolved]  OnlineClues — request for return my order

Hi...
I am debopam deb roy and i place an order combo of 5 cotton printed shirts.. Quality of the product is so bad. And size of the product is not same which was i ordered.. Pls take my return product and refund my money. I am not interest for this product, it is a very cheap product and very lower quality.

Updated by debopam.debroy Dear Sir,

Till now i am not receive any confirmation mail or msg from OnlineClues.com for refund my money. Unfortunately last Monday (15/1) at 5:00 pm i received a phone call from a representative, he told me that he calling from OnlineClues.com and he will refund my money in my account. That's person want my debit card number, validity date, cvv number and OTP code from my mobile but i hv no given any details to the same person because, i think that this person was not correct person and hopefully he is an bank account hacker.

I want to know that, what is the actual proceedior to receive my money and why my personal data link share to any other person.

So i need immediate action to receive my refund money.
