Greetings, my name is shabbir and last month had shifted from trichy to chennai .Had booked a dish tv connection (dual) from online dth and had paid the money rs 2598 on 15.06.2019 and was allotted a transaction id yrs138727.Due to technical reasons the connection was not provided and i had requested for a refund even after 1 1/2 months am yet to receive the refund as no one is answering the phone nor are they responding.Looks like a bunch of cheats.
In their website they claim that we shall refund the amount 100% if not satisfied but no body is answering the phone.Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money back from these fraudsters.
