[Resolved] Onlinedthservice.com — DTH Remote ordered but not received | |||
This online commercial website seems to be fraud as I have seen many complaint of same nature. I also ordered an airtel DTH remote from this website and paid in full. Order No. 1932 Dated 07 Nov 2020. Status of that is showing completed. I sent an email also on their customer care id [protected]@onlinedthservice.com and they replied that I ll get my remote in 2 to 3 days but they are not sharing any dispatch details. It seems that this company has been looting customers since long and strict action must be taken against them so that hard earned money of people should not be wasted like this. I have booked a New connection of dish tv through DTH connect but cancelled the order because needed HD Set Top Box. The representative said it will take 5 to 7 business days for refund on the original payment method. Cancellation requested on 25 October 2020 and have not heard anything back from the representative also not picking up my phone and the whatsapp messages where all read but no response from the company side.
When I called on the new connection number they pick it up and as soon as I mentioned the refund the person hang up the call.
After trying several times they handed number of concern person but no one is picking up.

Tried calling with my number nobody was picking but when called with a different number representative picked up the call as soon as I mentioned about the refund gave me the same repeated answer that it will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
But now after 7 days still not received refund.
Also not picking up the call.
