I had ordered for a new dth connection to the vendor on 11.02.2016 via Pay u ( online payment). As per the vendor, the expected delivery date was 4 days from the date of online payment. The delivery has not been made till date. I tried several times to call on their help line number but either it is not reachable or no one is there to pick the calls. www.onlinedthservice.com is a froud company. I have ordered tata sky conection on 3 june 2019 and no status update & status update show processing.my order number is 111772. I paid 1696 rupees by online payment through upi transaction. This website is froud when i called the number she pick up the phone & i give detail the order & she cut the phone. This is my hard earned money . I want cancel the order & refund my money . Please refund my money. My transaction id is[protected].
