I have ordered tata sky via order id yrs132564.
Immediately after ordering tata sky they have stopped taking my calls.
I have paid 1790/- to them via paytm.
Pls help me in getting my hard earned money back.

After following up continously nobody from online dth is responding, they are simply cutting my calls.
