I had purchased X6 steam mop few weeks back from onlineskyshop. The product was delivered to me but with broken items. Also at the time of purchasing they promised to give a FOC wallet but to my luck I didn't receive even that. I had called up their contact number given on their website several times and they asked me if I am calling from the same number which was registered so that they can get back to me... I said yes it is from the same number. That lady who spoke to me promised to call me back within 10 minutes but it has taken 10 days already and still no response. I'm continuously chasing them in this regard and now they are not even picking up my calls. In my opinion such people should be sued so that others don't get cheated. To add to it all customers should get back their compensation.
