Immediately on receipt of product i lodged a complaint on your online website portal complaining of a duplicate product and tried giving call on your no [protected] but it was never picked by you.

This is a notice to you that i'm going to file a complaint against you in consumer court forum for misleading the customer with fake products and harassment by not responding to the grievances.

I want to return of this fake product and refund if my money.
