Onlineworksjob — fake agreement signed | |||||
On 3 november 2019 i got a call at around 12:20 pm from a person addressing him a worker of company named onlineworksjob. He offered me ₹28000 to do the work of form filling of 800 pages within 7 days and latter he gave me to have a digital sign in the agreement.in the agreement i was told that if i don't complete the work or don't maintain an accuracy of 90% i have to pay a compensation of ₹4000. And if i don't pay the amount i would have to face some legal actions.in the agreement, the advocate name was chetan d. Dhimar. As i realised that i won't be able to complete my task i told them and they threatened me to pay a sum of ₹6000 where nothing was mentioned about it in the agreement. I want few more details I'm scared of that case
Hello,
I am a Corporate and Criminal Lawyer. The same incident happed with my friend on 17.12.2019. He received call from Number +91 [protected]. He also received one sms stating that the legal Case ID UL/88946E is going for legal proceeding. As per SMS he need to hire a Lawyer and go for further proceedings.
So he called me and explained the situation. I immediately called on the given number and started making legal queries to find out the truth. I came to know that it is a total fraud and the agency is only trying to scare my friend just to extort money from him. We are waiting another call before we proceed with filling an FIR against the fraud makers.
Nobody need to worry about these fake/threat callers. They just want you to work for free
and make some money. Always ask Bar Registration Number of advocate who talks on behalf of the fraud callers.
If possible immediately file FIR against such threat calls.

Sir same things happened with me also infact I forbade them on first day of work that i can't do it anymore then they said no you have signed agreement etc... Now u have to work or legal proceedings will file against you. Or else send penalty money to us...

Yrr they are trapping me too I'm just soo tensed. I'm just a intermediate student
