Concerned, I have placed an order for samsung galaxy j8 in the name of ankit rai ; order no - om[protected] dated 2nd october, 2018. I was told that customer care would confirm and revert back in 24hours. It is now almost 72 hours but i have not received my order. There is no status on tracking the order status. I have several times called the customer care but no is there to address my complaint. Either the executive is either busy or the systems are not working. But till now i have no clarity on the status of my order. This is the worst experience ever. Im not new to online shopping. I am a regular online shopper but i have never faced such crisis and experienced such a unprofessional service (Both before and after sale service). It seems like your company is fraudulent company and your products are fake that is why you have yet not confirmed my order status. I am going to sue your company for misleading the customers by show casing fake offers and advertisement. Also i would be posting fraudulent and false commitment of your company on all social networking sites to spread awareness about your companies authenticity. Was this information helpful? | |||
