This is a complete fraud company
1. You will receive a mail stating that your resume has been shortlisted so have to visit the office for f2f round.
2. After visiting office they will ask you to pay 200 rs as a registration fees.
3. After paying 200 rs one of the hr of ontime manpower will take a basic round of interview and will inform you that you will have a final telephonic round with the hr of that company where the candidate is being selected.
4. After daily follow up for continuous 5 days finally you will get a call stating that i am hr of so and so company and the interview will continue for 5 mins... Actually this telephonic interview round is not taken by any company it is taken by the head of the ontime manpower pvt ltd.
5. After a day or two you will get a mail stating that you have been selected by so and so company for so and so profile and have to come down to office to sign a agreement with the agreement amount of 15000 excluding tax.
6. They will not send you to the company where you have been selected or will not allow to have any personal coordination with the company where your profile has been selected. But they will provide you the company name.

I personally coordinated with that company which ontime service has stated that i have been selected they informed me their is no vacancy in their company and they have no tie up with any company named ontime manpower pvt ltd. (Cant reveal the name of the company where i was selected). So be aware if you get any mail or call from ontime manpower company please avoid it. Its total waste of time.
