Hello friends,

I have also faced the same problem with the same onway company.
I have not signed any contract still they are sending me that contract and told that your digital signature has been taken and which was approved by company.
Also they demanding the same amount money even though more than that 9800+5000 notice charge. I have not worked for a single day. I have refused to pay the amount. herewith I am sending the ac details of that company.
They also send me the legal fraud notice from the advocate Mane. I have talked with my layer and confirmed that this is totally fraud and dont involve in that particular matter.
Also I have filed the police case on that company and the caller ([protected] from Gujarat and talking the Hindi but telling the Marathi name Jayavant Desai ).
So you people also file the case on the same company and that number also.
Herewith I am sharing some pictures those are sent to me by company and the caller.These are exactly same as above persons shared.(for ex. that Rs. 100 stamp. The stamp no date all are same) from that you can get the idea about that fraud stamp.

I request you to all people those who are suffered or suffering form the same. Please file police complaint against all of them. They will not torture you again.
