Oppo Mobile — reno 2 charging is dead slow in brand new phone. vooc charging is fake

Sir i bought reno 2 premium phone just 2 weeks back. It is taking 2 hours to charge battery to 10 %.
In my view it is very frustrating thing to say vooc change to complete charge in 35 mins.
Please do one favour by refund my money back. And take product back.
Not satisfied by this so called premium oppo phone.
Waste of money and time to invest.
