Hi my name is john patel. I had bought this oppo f1 selfi expert phone, but in 4months the charging point is not working. I took it to irla prime mall service center to get it repaired, people at irla prime mall service center said 7working days, the day us submited was 30th june16 and today is 21st july 16. I was also given a number to a manager calld monish, i called him and also sent few msgs but there is no reply from him. I callf oppo today but they r not answering my call. I havent seen such a disgusting service ever in my life. I will tell every one not to buy oppo phones. I will also share this on social media.
