My mother is taking optm treatment last 45 days with the guidance of Dr Apurba Ganguli in DD-30, Andromeda, level 6 Saltlake, Sector-1, Kol-64. Today i purchased medicine for another 15 days with Rs 11085.00 at 5.30p.m. After reaching at house i cheak all the medicines and found wrongly your office had given me the medicine "Back, Hip& Thigh pain removal Trio in lieu of "Joint pain pain removal Trio".Thereafter I contacted with the office over phone from where i had purchased. But sorry to say they are denying to change the proper medicine and also miss behaved with me. In this situation immediately i need the proper medicine neither your patient will suffer a lot.
