Opulence innovation (Opc) private limited approached me with an email saying that they will help me get a job in canada. As i was already desperately searching for an onsite opportunity, after some inquiries and commitments by the manager of their end i ended up paying an amount of around 1 lakh rupees for their processing.

They were always urging me to pay upfront giving me only hours to decide and pay. However, convinced by the manager's knowledge of affairs i did make the payment, because they were always saying that they will refund the money in case of the process failure.

But only after the payment, they sent me the agreement to sign, which had a lot of clauses like if i fail so, here and there and that they will not refund the money or they will refund partially.

They confirmed that they will be completely helping me in each and every step of my process.

But then after the payment and everything, they had an interview and then gave me an offer which was having a hr name unable to be found on the internet and the email id also was not appropriate. Still i waited.

Then they asked me a bunch of documents to be submitted and then my ielts score. But they didn't guide me on any steps of how to crack ielts to meet with their expected score.

I made 2 attempts and came very close to their requirement. But they desperately said that since i failed to provide their required document they have dropped my case and they will not return my money at all.

I had been fighting with them that they didn't tell me that they will drop my case if i couldn't clear my ielts in 2 attempts and that they didn't guide me on that, for which they bluntly said that i should have taken guidance from a ielts center and should have cleared within 2 attempts.

The documentation support person was not communicating properly with me. She was always held up with a kid beside or in a hurry upto something and just gave minimal responses.

I clearly see this organization has a neat way o[censored]sing people in need and then finding ways to withhold the money paid by them.

Please beware of such organizations and never trust them.
