Opulence innovation (Opc) pvt ltd took rupees[protected] for technical assessment and 90999 for arranging pr visa) from me for consultancy service for pr visa of canada. And i paid the money. They asked me to sign a contract (After they had taken the money). Before taking the money they already arranged some job interview and i also got offer from that company.
1. The above mentioned contract mentions a clause that their client (Who is me) need to submit documents requested by them within 60 days and also need to score in ielts as suggested by opc consultant. So here is a trick from opc. Opc consultant gave me a documentation checklist one of which is ielts scores of 7.5 band in each module - this is comparatively high score demand. I have searched in internet and got information minimum ielts requirement for canada pr visa is 6.0 band in each module. My average score was 6.5 with each module score 6.0 or more. But opc said i need to score as per criteria they set.
2. Opc also asked me to submit proof of funds as one other document. They didn't mentioned before signing of contract that i need to maintain a high amount of fund or whether i really have the fund with me or not. Instead, after signing contract they came up with their drama i need to provide fund statement and that too in my name only.
3. Opc already had offered me a job through some middleman consultancy - but i now doubt whether it was a real offer or not. This is because i sent a mail to the email id from which the offer was sent - but it was undelivered.
To summarize, i am having an impression opc made a fake job offer and knowingly that there is no question of getting pr visa issued - they passed 60 days of time after grabbing lumpsum of money from me and with loophole of the contract signed, they are now mentioning they closed my file since 60 days time frame is over and as i was unable to score the high benchmark of score in ielts as set by opc consultant. My impression is many candidates would not be able to score such high benchmark set and it is by this way opc forfeit their client money and they use signed contract to safeguard them. The fact is that they did not tell the bench mark before signing contract, and this is much higher than the minimum score requirement set by ircc for canada immigration.
