[Resolved]  Orange Holidays — Finicky Policies

My Name is Venu, I had been member of Orange Holidays for last 7 months.I've planned my vacation to Munnar for the month of December and shocked to realize that they had this policy of providing rooms to only family that consists 2 adults and they cannot help if a family consists more than 2 adults.Same was not conveyed at the time of enrolling to membership, in fact they said that i can book multiple rooms if family consists more than 2 adults and days will be deducted accordingly. But, the response is totally lopsided now.Please let me know the process to initiate legal proceeding against this firm. Regards, Venu.
