Sir, this particular mobile phone shop named orange has been advertising itself by hiring a rickshaw which blasts music at odd times of the day continuously for about 30mins to 1 hour. This happens about 4-5 times a day. This has been really a big inconvenience to the people living here for quite a sometime, but now they just keep on raising the volumes and frequencies. Please look into the matter.
