Orange Tours And Travels — bugs in the seat

Hi,
I travelled in orange travels on 25th feb 2018. Firstly there was delay in the bus arrival at the boarding point, later the ac was turned off in the late night. Lastly there were some bugs biting me all over the body, which i couldn't realise it then. Those were bed bugs and now after 2 days i still have itching everywhere. Such a disgusting bus experience it was.
