This is regarding ticket 5415720. Pickup from wakad drop mumbai, expected pickup time 8:00 am Waited for more than 1:30 hour at pickup point, called customer care server all time but on clear information was provided. On every call use to get same response to "bus will be there in another 10-15 minutes". At end have to book another ticket on spot thrice the amount of the original bus ticket as i had a flight to catch. Customer care/ operator was not user friendly disconnected call many time and information provided was also correct. Regards Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Cancellation of Ticket is an unfair business, You are doing it Intentionally. Instead you should look for any alternative vehicle. It has caused us loss and mental agony. Kindly, compensate for the same on priority basis. Now a days it has become a business for private buses.
