Orange Tours And Travels — I am complaining about rashes

We are travelling from Hyderabad to shiridi through Orange bus with PNR:4506593.
My wife got rashes all through out her hands and legs. Rashes may be because of bed sheets or blankets.

Upon checking with Bus conductor/helper, he suggested us to call the calling centre which we tried but nobody answered our call. We request for full refund or any better resolution of this case.

Bus Service is worst firstly I booked a ticket and I did not get bus details and driver's number.secondly bus with No:5798 is late for 1 hour at boarding point pullareddy sweets kukatpally Hyd and bus driver talked to me soo rudely.so it's better to improve services and communicate to the customer properly in a soft tone.
