The company Orian Technology data entry job. When we are fail to complete job . Now they are asking for the penalty for Rs 4700 and I had paid the amount. Help me for solution https://www.consumercomplaints.in logo Submit a Complaint Show search Show menu ADVERTISEMENT Orian Technology ON 24 july their is a call ([protected]) from Orian Technology offering me data entry job in which i have to fill 700 form in 7 days then they ask me for adharcard i have sended photo of adharcard then their is a call for some type of verification they said to click on the link and fill the otp i have done that after some time i got an email nmed licence agrrement in which company named mentioned as orian technology and in that email their is an attachment with agreement i oppened the agreement the date of agreement is 08 jan 2020 and mentioned that i have to fill 700 form in 7 days then i come to know that this is fake then i searched about them then i come to know that on name of data entry very big scam is going on many complain already ragistered on consumer council court on company name Orian Technology i go through all the complain and what i found that this all company is operated by same gang because in their agreement; licence, acceptance letter, all the content is same only difference is of company name and name of the person and their detail only this much change in all agreement then i call them and sended email that i dnt want to work wid you, they are scaming people by changing company name . when i go through complain i found a complain of harsh July 3, 2020 in which the same no is mentioned [protected] ( pooja patil) same no is used by suv for verification, today on date 01 Aug i got a mail leagal intimation by advocate from company named orian technology for due clearence after sometime i got an sms that complain has been registered under section 420 of the indian peenal court. if they are real i will definetely see them in court because they have maken agreement on three company name thats means they are fraud They are frauding people by making fake agreement on name of fake company they are doing cyber crime suggestion for those who fallen like me in this plese dont give a penny of rupees to them let them waste their time and suggest other not to fall in any data entry job and register complain online so that other people come to know about them. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved This is from the consumer site, I am here to tell you that, I have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or message from their side and by chance if you receive any, you can provide their number to me, I will call to them, alright and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site only then we Company will stop calling you and mailing you, And I did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company cancel your everything you just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, if you have any query regarding resolving then mail us .
