Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to register a complaint with your company over the poor service, received from an earlier order with your Technical Department.
On July 04, 2021, I had placed a complaint with Complaint number #C[protected], C[protected] and this complaint was canceled. But as of today, the order has not been fulfilled
As per your service provider, he rejected the invoice & Warranty book. There is no any overwriting on the invoice. But I also provide them with a warranty book. I have also attached an Invoice & Warranty Book for your reference.
After my many futile attempts in contacting your services department since my order date, I have to write to record my great disappointment over the poor response service to my complaint. Kindly respond to correct the issue as I am losing faith in your trusted brand of products.
I shall be awaiting your prompt action on my complaint.
