Orient Electric India — not attending of complaint | |||
I have purchased 10 nos. Of orient fans which include ceiling jazz, pedestal and exhaust fans during june 2016. Out of the above, one ceiling fan is running slowly and i lodged a complaint vide no. C [protected] dt. 04.02.18 of chennai region. Nobody attended to the complaint. Simply they say that i did not pick up the phone while they gave me a ring and they argue with me. I feel very bad with your technicians. Moreover, all the ceiling fans are running very fast while it was set at 4 in the regulator.
