[Resolved] Orient Electric India — orient ceiling fan
An ceiling fan was purchased on 14.6.17 with 2 years of warranty.
This was not working from last week. i registered a complained on 24.7.2017 at 12.43am (complain no C[protected]).Confirmation recd saying concern is allocated to M/s Shubham Services (Fan division). On repeated calling the customer care it was told that our technician should come within 48 hr.Yet no technician at sight. Technician no. provided was [protected] who repeated gave appointment timing but failed to turn up.
Such behaviour is highly unprofessional which is torturous and such acts shall cost the company an loyal customer.
Hoping concerned authorities look into the matter and provide relief at the earliest.

Technician came and replace a part of fan on contacting the senior executive thru customer care route
