I have purchased a fan from orient company having model spectra worth rs. 6000, two montha before. Tha fan has gurantee period of 2 years. Now it stopped working properly. I have complained about it in orient 's customer care 5 times, but they are not responding properly .I m very upset from last two week. Every time they make me fool. Plz help me from ur end.
The last message they have sent me is given below
