[Resolved]  Oriental Bank Of Commerce — annual medical assistance 4000/- for[protected] for retired staff

Complaint against CO Office & HR department, Ghaziabad ( U.P.)
Dear Sir,
Medical annual assistance of ₹ 4000/[protected] had been rejected by HR department, Ghaziabad U.P. due to lapsed.

Mr. Bhatia ji HRD department had advised me to send declaration form for claiming Annual Medical Assistance of ₹ 4000/- for[protected] .
I had already sent the said declaration form for[protected] on 13/05/2019 but it is not passed despite of XII - Remembers had already sent to HR department, GZB.
Scanned copies of my emails is being sent to you for your kind information, please help me .
