Oriental Bank Of Commerce — charging money wrongly | |||||
I have deposited a cheque of 5000rs.in my account which was done rs.50, 000 by bank staff. I contacted with manager he told he will refund the cheque return charge of my account and also of opposite party because charge of cheque return is 500rs. Of opposite party. I told manager to return the charges to my account he said give me bank statement of party which shows 500rs. Charges deducted. I have given that to manager and he told i will refund the charges. He rarely visits the branch and whenever he come he refuse to do work. Now 3 months have passed but not received the refund. Spoke to manager several times but he denied saying i will do it when i will get time. Today i went bank and asked whether he has given me refund or not he refused do. I am not getting the point how bank has granted a job to person like this Very rude. Please refund my money otherwise i will have to take further steps. Was this information helpful? | |||||
