I am Gurpreet singh holding an odm acc [protected] and my farther odm acc [protected] at hosiarpur road phagwara in very proper manner all the intrest is been paid by us on time and without any delay. Sir/mam in above both acc an amount of rs. 50000 thousand aporx. is being crideted in end of August and starting
Of September with the name of covid filt without asking and without any permission form account holder.I visted the bank thay said it's given by the head office if you want to close this loan you have to pay 1000 extra each this is called harasmet, my reaction was i have not applied any loan no request is been made form my side or my farther side as per rules i am not layable to pay any interest or extra amount you may debit the amount which is been cridet by your side i also request them that i want to talk to any senior the man at loan department said only this is the way. Sir mam i dont't think this the right way so kindly take quick and stirect action regarding this, you may call me on [protected]
