Dear concern,
I submitted my application for my new atm card dated on 20/6/22 at my branch as my old card has been broken and till now i dont have any massage from anywhere that what is the status? Bank has told me that it will come to my home address by post while the post office but till today no status. I visited 4 times in branch and 4 times to my post office in corona times but hopeless from everywhere. So many times i called to customer care but not a single right response from them. They always says contact to branch and branch is not able to answer it. So where should i go?
Also my phone number is attached with multiple ids and all account closed from my side as you can check, so many calls and messages done to branch and customer care and again they says contact to vice versa. This is making a difficulty to fetch my account with online apps. This problem is with me since 2 years.
