Dear sir i have been payed bas pass payment online on 3069911 number , name krishan kumar and grn 48221042, ref. No cps7126157 by my debit card. But payment debit in my account and not so in my bus pass status . I have registered my complaints in bank but bank not solved my complaints four months. I requested you solved my complaints. Failed status attached in complaints.

Your bank Oriental bank of commere (Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur)staff very lazy and bihaviour are very bad.
Any work related query not solve and branch manger not responding customer questions
Totally staff busy to WhatsApp, facebook&phone calls.not attend properly costumers .
