Walking into the OBC ATMs is live walking through a pile of garbage. It is badly maintained and garbage is thrown all over, stray dogs live in the space, the guard keeps dirty plastic bags and other personal stuff strewn inside and on the shutter of the premise. The AC is never switched on and the place has most probably never been dusted or washed since inception. The ATM machine also has some problem with the screen which shows static most of the time. Oriental Bank Of Commerce customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 20, 2017 Dikshaaa's response I have made transaction through PAYTM on[protected]. And the bank is obc bank.I transferred 10, 000 rs. from my account to another account. But after transaction, my account balance show 5, 000 rs. detected than the actual balance.i want my money back.Please do the necessary action.    | |||
