I have paid rs.1026 on 30/07/2018 towards policy no : 451200/31/2018/1516 thro. Kvba/c _merchant ref:nkvb[protected]_branch. 9999- oriental insurance [protected]. I have taken all details from my bank passbook. I do not know some technical issue. The processing ends in failure. The same wasnt recognised by the oriental insurance. I need to renew the same policy before 9 th. August'2018. Kindly refund my deducted amount from billdesk.
