Sir, I am one of your insurance policy holder name sreemon.s, from Kerala. I already claimed my vehicle in case of accidental claim to oriental insurance alappuzha branch Kerala.I have taken the insurance from another branch in oriental Kottarakkara.I did not get my fund till today.it's been a long time since I claimed. And I here noticing you that it's very very disappointing approaches from your satffs from each branches I have noticed early. Nobody taking the responsibility of this issue and I already tried to contact those branches by phone since I can't able to present there by myself. And nobody is taking my phone calls since a week ago.And once again am telling you that your customer service is very very poor as compared to other insurance companies. And kindly request you to make an arrangements to contact them at the earliest. I hearby attaching my claim details below and expecting your mail very soon.
