Reg : motor claim form submitted to the claim department at mp nagar bhopal on 17/09/2018 for maruti van no. Mp04ba2990 in the name of smt. Padamshree madvaiya
Policy no. 152109/31/2018/5197

Regarding the above subject i wish to state that the claim lodged on 17/09/2018 and after the vehicle is prepared the bill is submitted on 04/10/2018 for rs. 20900/-.

The claim is not still settled. Many enquiries on phone and personally are made and the response is negative.

I wish to request you that this is inordinate delay in settlement of the claim. Please look into the matter and get the claim settled.
