We have send the Demand draft on dt 12.05.2016 for renewal and the same is
send to your office and received by your office on 17.05.2016 ( Receipt and Acknowledgement enclosed)

We have received the renewed policy w.e.f. 31.05.2016 to 30.05.2017 the gap between the policy continuation of 11 days from prior policy
