I have hyindai i 10 vehicle having oriental motor insurance policy no 161791/31/2017/527. My above mentioned vehicle had accident on 8/04/2017 by two wheeler of poonam roopesh mahajan, ( third party) r/o anagha society shani mandir, near rayba hotel, nasik. The said accident took place on way towards pathardi town from pathardi phata in nasik. After accident two wheeler driver poonam mahajan which is third party is admitted in vakratund hospital nasik for treatment. This is for intimation. Sanjay bagade.
