I am having policy of the oriental insurance company (Toll free no. Is[protected]. My policy no. Is 172299/48/2018/929. We are policy premium from last 10 years. My mother shri ganjawala nilaben was diagnosed with accute appendicities and she was operated on 29th november, 2017 in baps pramukh swami hospital, adajan, surat. We had claimed for rs. 58110/- against which we were paid only rs. 41721/-. All our bills are genuine. I have also submitted doctor’s certificate for undue deduction made in claim settlement voucher.
