Hi sir, I had a motor insurance policy with you. I requested a claim on aug 4th, and i have submitted all the documents to the surveyor on 9th august. But till now there is no settlement. I have been following up with coverfox, but they are not providing any update. Tried to reach out to your customer care, but not connected. Oct 25, 2018 Updated by Nageswara Rao Vallabhaneni I called the customer care. They asked me to check with local branch. They have given 2 numbers but no one is answering the call. I spoke to surveyor, to whom i have submitted the documents. He is asking me to submit the documents again as the previous documents were missing

Non receipt of mediclaim claim which is pending in your office pol no 311500/48/2017/5422. CLIM NO 18RB1001G1301 for more than one year different times l went to there's office but no answer getting back therefore i request you please solution the matter at your earliest convenience
