Oriental Insurance Company — ncb not provided for the year 2016. | |||
Hi, I had taken insurance from oriental insurance company for my car for the year[protected]. I was not given any ncb for the that year and subsequently i had to pay more premium due to my lack of knowledge in this area. I got to know about this issue only when i received quotation from various vendor for this year 2018 and got to know that oriental has not provided any ncb in the mentioned year. On sending email i was told that as it was not mentioned (Not sure my whom??) they have not provided any ncb. I would like to know is it responsibility of a customer to point out such this or the agent who is assigned to help the customer needs to mention such things and make the customer aware.
