Dear team, I have been a loyal customer to Reliance digital since so many years. But never had a experience like this. I had bought a mobile oppo F5 from Reliance digital in Bangalore phoenix market city. The sales man had said me to take a insurance for the same for accident damage or theft. Last month the mobile has broken accidentally and I contacted the insurance company it was said to me to courier all the documents to W AND IA SERVICES 342 IIIRD FLOOR VARDHMAN DEECEE PLAZA SECTOR - 11, PLOT NO - 7 DWARKA NEW DELHI – 110075 I had done it it have been many days and their is no response from the insurance company, in spite of me sending so many mails.
