Oriental Insurance Company — no response from the insurance company

I have been a loyal customer to Reliance digital since so many years. But never had a experience like this. I had bought a mobile oppo F5 from Reliance digital in Bangalore phoenix market city.
The sales man had said me to take a insurance for the same for accident damage or theft.
Last month the mobile has broken accidentally and I contacted the insurance company it was said to me to courier all the documents to
