Oriental Insurance Company — that branch person did not provide us policy document | |||
We have deposited 10000rs for marine cargo policy on 31st january. But that branch person did not provide us policy document. We asked him for policy for 2invoice goods around 12mt. But he did not respond. Then again we tried that time he told us deposit is there so we can take policy at any time now lock down is there so pls wait untill open policy. Again one more time we tried after started our company that time also that same answer he told. Again june month we called he told today time is over no issues you give details tomorrow will do the policy. Then we called him next day now he told that invoice date was before 2month so policy system don't accept cannot do anything. Now our cargo was damaged around 8lakhs product is gone. Where can i go for claim why we should deposit earlier. So kindly help us Was this information helpful? | |||
