To The Oriental Insurance Sub- Plz refound my money Sir, With due respect & humble submission beg to state that I'm Akash Patra, From Jajpur, Odisha I was a claim on the date of 1/1/2015, Policy no is 345100/48/2015/278 Claim no- 345100/48/2015/000041 hitherto I'hv no refound my money. Once I was contact also Mrs. Minakshi Barma(Nodal Officer) but she is no respond my complain & claim. So I heartly request you to be grant my mail & plz refound my money as soon as possible.
