[Resolved] Oriflame India — Oriflame Company not accepting the return goods beside their acceptance policy | |||
Oriflame Cosmetics(India) not given any training & beside we became members of oriflame on reading data over its website. The company has expressed their condition for money back guaratee product, but beside that SPO Rajkot is not accepting the goods return as well as no any prescribed procedure is provided in writting for the same and says that please contact compnay directly. When we try to contact brach ie. Ahmedabad or delhi no body is picking up the phone. Please intimate the rules & regulation for return the goods if customer is not satisfied and want to return the goods within 30 days in intact position and marketable. Therefore, please intimate the proper solution to return the goods as it is in marketable condition and not used by customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
