[Resolved] Oriflame — Order placement fraud | |||
Order number:[protected] I would like to inform u that I have placed the order and received a confirmation mail. However since I was not convinced at the order placed I decided to cancel order and corresponded with the consultant name Ms.Indira K mentioned on the catalogue for assistance. She said I cant cancel this order and confirmed that its cod and it will be delivered in a day or two. However when I called up yesterday she has communicated the same to me again. Today morning she gives me customer service number and asks me to talk to them since the order is cancelled and I need to pay a fine of 200 rupees. I placed the order and I do not get an option to cancel however they can cancel it 2 days later and fine me for the same. This cancellation however was not informed to me. If this is the kind of customer service being provided I shall want u to cancel my membership and return the money I paid for the same. I would suggest that oriflame being an MNC company doesnt have the option of the usual services provided by other online shopping websites. and this kind of response only proves suspicion on the services being provided.
