The company is fraud. All things they tell you or sent on mail have no authenticity. They dont know english.
They dont even know about legal actions. They will call you mANY TIMEs and give threats in the name of legal action which is totally ###. The company is in gujarat but they hired advocate from maharshtra ððð. ###... if you will not pay then will talk to you aggressively and will not gonna hear anything from your side.
They dont have their own existence in real then how will they get you into this matter. No contact details means no company. The company ask for you details on whatsapp only.

Ormino jobs is not a fraud company if we do work proper and constrate on the work then we will achieve acuracy and they will give us salary and i got the salary also so plzz its not fraud.

I have just started doing work here, but when i asked for cancellation of agreement they said please pay 5500. please tell me shubham, ranjit and pooja whether i need to listen to them or not and whether there will be any legal action or not.

Onc.bpoworks.in is a fraud company. They will first tell you to sign the agreement without even knowing the terms and conditions. Then they themselves will send us legal agreement and acceptance copy.It is not an agreement because they did not cleared their terms and conditions beforehand.Also there is no mention of the cancellation fee which they are asking for which is 5000. Please help. Someone reach out to me. I'm in a problem
