Ortel Communications — abnormal delay in attending to the registered complaint. | |
During heavy rain with wind flow in the third week of may-2018 the ortel connectivity to our house was disrupted. Even after lodging a complain personally in the bharatia tower office, cuttack and lodging a complain through mob no: [protected] in ivr system on dt 04/6/2018 at 12:44 hrs the problem could not be attended up to dt 22/6/2018. Suddenly on dt 23/6/2018 a technician of ortel reported at 09:30 pm and rectified the defect at service connection take off point. Such type of abnormal delay in attending to the complaint is not at all justified. The complaint lodged by the bonafide consumers should be attanded as quickly as possible.
