Ortel Communications — asked for a new connection and paid already 20 days no internet

I have asked for a new internet connection in badakhemundi street at the beginning of the month. They took money and after 15 days someone came and placed the modem. Since then no internet till now but they are telling your service is activated.

The helpline number is not working and the guy who took the money is not picking up. I have tweeted this issue but still no help.
