[Resolved] Ortel Communications — bad service

My cust id is 350152 and my internet connection has been disconnected since last 3 days and neither the customer care nor technicians responding to the issue. Its really frustrating and bad service that your organisation is providing. No one responding to complaints. Please look into the issue asap. Next i will have to go to higher authorities if needed.
