Ortel Communications — broadband connection

My member No.01685240 for Broadband connection.situated at BRIT colony, Badagada, bhubaneswar near Bhaskareswar temple.on dtd.19.06.2018 last night the connecting cable from electricity pole to my house has been cut off and it was laid down on the ground.Now it is kept on the nearby pole with a disconnected condition.Hence my net connection is no more with my Broadband.plz.check.

Updated by TKTripathy Till today no one has contacted or repaired the problem from Ortel communications.Since 10 days i have no network.Telephone complains also has been lodged.No response.Only getting complain nos. etc.No jobs done for my broadband connection.

Updated by TKTripathy Reapeatedly complaints done through mail and through telephone, nothing has been done till today.can you tell me where to surrounder my broadband connection nearby my place.I want to disconnect and surrounder my ortel broadband connection.Plz.help in this regard.

When ortel staff came for collecting money or bill inthe same day all sony channels gone missing and its 1 month and its not rectified yet .i contacted to customer care but they have no interest in my complain and they rejected my complain . please provide all sony channel back.
